Jonathan Bixby, President
Owner and President with over 15 years experience selling Hot Air Equipment and plastic welding tools and is factory-trained by Leister and Dohle in sales and repair service. Jon currently oversees all Sales and Marketing for Malcom Company as well as being a Application Engineer, and provides Technical Support and training for Malcom Company. Jon has his Associate's degree in Small Business Management and in 1985 received his Bachelor's degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining Malcom Company in 1990, Jon worked as a Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager in a plastics manufacturing company. Don Brown, Vice President
Vice President, MCH-100 Battery Powered Heat Guns. Responsible for all Sales activity, production and repair. Don?s background is Semiconductor component sales, including Distribution Management with Texas Instruments as Northeast Operations Manager, Supply Division. National Semiconductor, Northeast Distribution Manager. Eastern Area Director, Military Sales, Avnet, and most recently Distribution Sales Manager for A/D Sales. A former Naval Aviation Electronic Tech, Don began his career path with Raytheon Missile Systems, then Eastern Area Sales and Service Manager, Laboratory Division, Baird Atomic Corporation.

Don Mchenry, Vice President
Vice President Sales and Service, Don oversees our Sales and Service Departments for all of our products with the exception of the battery powered tools. In addition, Don is an Application Engineer, and is a key member of our Management Team providing Technical Support for Malcom Company. Don has 25 years experience in manufacturing and sales and is factory-trained by Leister in sales and repair service. Before working at Malcom Company Don spent 9 years as Sales Manager for IMS responsible for sales and distribution of passive electronic components. In his position Don managed several sales representative organizations and inside customer service personnel. Don also worked for 10 years as General Manager and Operations Manager for a manufacturing company of back panel circuits (Motherboards). Don has a degree from RI School of Electronics and a business management education from Roger Williams University.

Ann Folinus
Accounting Manager and Corporate Administrative Support with over 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting fields. Ann has her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Bentley College. The majority of her career was spent at the General Electric Company where she was a Financial Management Program graduate. John McIntyre
Shipping & Inventory Manager and purchasing, John has been with Malcom Company for 3 years now and handles all our shipping and receiving, inventory control, purchasing, and facilities maintenance. In addition, John is doing repairs and tool assembly work. John has worked for many years as a Service Manager overseeing field service work on office equipment, prior to that John worked as a Service Technician for American Business Machines responsible for repair of office equipment. John also has direct experience working for Federal Express in their Distribution Center.
