United States Army Avionics has recently approved the Malcom
Company
MCH-100-A, Battery Powered Portable Heat Gun and soldering iron
for their
Battle Damage Repair Kit used for wire harness and electronics
repairs in
the field.
The portable cordless electric heat gun MCH-100-A, manufactured
by the
Malcom Company of Tiverton, Rhode Island, features a light
weight battery
powered self contained heat gun, battery powered soldering
iron, power
supply and a heavy duty carrying case with shoulder strap.
Numerous heat
gun nozzle accessories are available for all hot air tool applications
in
the field including; cable and harness repair, electronics
repairs, plastic
welding, tent, awning, and tarp repairs.
The MCH-100-A hot air tool is versatile, efficient, and easy
to use. The
MCH-100-A is currently deployed with our Armed Forces, on land
and sea, each
day across the globe.
